Day 12 + Day 13

By now you must have realized that I don't have much to write that's why now onwards I will be blogging for multiple days at the same time.

Day 12 : Friday

I had no mood to go to office on Friday but I got up at 5 AM and was not getting any sleep... Made my paratha's firs time fresh in the morning and got ready for office..
took the paneer sabzi i made few days back...

In evening we started around 3 PM because it was going to be very crowded for some reason... Reached home and gave water to plants...had my tea...

First time in 3 years I was dealing with Sev 2 kind of issue in office so worked on that and fixed that finally around 7 PM...


Since it was friday I wanted to try something other than Indian...Watched few videos about how to make kulcha but finally made Pita bread...finished matar sabzi which was cooked by Richa just before she left for India...And yeah i also opened the wine bottle and had a glass of wine with dinner...

Day 13: Saturday

Woke up little late around 7:30 AM... Made ghee paratha and had tea in breakfast...Since it was Saturday I was waiting for hindi songs program... had a second nap while watching the program... After that had a short conversation with Mayanks brother in Germany.... He wants to send a laptop for his parents... gave him few tips...

In lunch I had to finsh rice which was left over from last few days... while searching fridge I also found a old packet of vegitable broth... That clicked me to cook daal in the broth instead of water... i chose masoor daal BLACK...Daal did taste differently cooked in broth but I feel that taste would be more prominent in Chana daal as chana daal needs more spicy flavors... next time will cook chana daal.


I knew today I will be going for dinner at Sunil's place so no dinner cooking....I thought of cooking kheer for the whole party gang but Neeta said no need to cook as nishi and sanjeeta are also cooking... I said OK...Since I was going to vallyfair mall i asked sunil if he wants to buy something from Gap.. He came to Gap and bought few shirts for himself....

Dinner was good..i liked mashroom sabzi the best... rest all was normal stuff... but well cooked...As usual I was offered Wine but decided not to drink because I had to drive.... Had 2 bottles of Fanta.. for some reason I liked fanta since i was drinking it after a long time....

Rohit gave a bicycle + few toys for aditi as he is leaving back for India... Adit will have fun once she is back... I was thinking about buying the same bicycle for Aditi.. Thanks to Rohit...

Came back home around 12 AM and straight went to bed... had little rough night because of allergy...
